Worked, after a few tries

I have been doing Shawn T’s Insanity workout at home on a cement floor, with a little looped area rug. After month 1 my joints were aching so bad. So, I tried these foam mats for a little extra cushioning. The 1st time I tried them, they slid around on the floor a were a fall hazard. Then, I put numerous non-slip area rug protectors underneath. The next workout was difficult because the pieces held coming detached as I was doing the exercises. Next, I put my area rug on top of the foam mats, and it worked great. Still a little bit of sliding. My joints don’t injure almost as much with the workouts.

great boat floor

got the floor mats to fabricate a softer, requiring little effort to clean boat floor, so far so good- and will be semi-easy to alter out if anything happens to one.

Very comfortable

I spend a lot of time in front of the kitchen sink. The Blue 24 sq. ft. pack foam interlocking mats placed in front of the sink make a big, positive divergence in my comfortable level while standing and extend the amount of time I may stand. The mats are of high quality and look fine in front of the sink.
